In Pain? Experiencing Mental Anguish?

Take this time to add the spiritual part of you in your routine.

Hebrews 11:6
"And without faith, it is impossible to please him, for whoever would draw near to God must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who seek him."

I take pleasure in knowing that I am not the only one that experiences pain. I am saddened that many of us succumb to the pain that we feel, because some of us dance with trauma longer and more frequently than others, unfortunately.

What does this mean? We owe it to those who are losing the battle to their mental and spiritual challenges to find healthy ways to co-exist in a space that continually pushes our psychological boundary line. Maybe this is the time to try a different method…connecting with God. Yes, the same God you do not believe cares about you or considers your pain real enough to stop it.

(Are you mad at God or the people who introduced you to God?)
This post coming soon!
I have tried many things to stop the pain I frequently endure daily. I was mad enough to talk to the man in the “sky,” the woman in the “sky.” I was bold enough and nervous enough to introduce myself to such an entity more significant than me.

I demanded, “Give me a Gideon moment, so I know it’s real!” Let’s say, over 10 years later, God and I are joined at the hip. What’s the worst that can happen if you decide to start a relationship with God, you will hear a voice from the sky?

If that happens, let me know… I would really like to know what was said.

How do you do this?  (Insert a soft chuckle)

A mustard seed size of faith and a whole of Q&A
